All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, supplier costs, and other factors beyond our control.

We accept various payment methods including cash, bank transfer, company checks, and approved credit facilities. All payments must be made in AED unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We strive to deliver your orders on time, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery charges apply based on location, order size, and urgency.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Returns are accepted under specific conditions to ensure fair treatment for all parties.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approved returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We provide manufacturer warranties where applicable, but do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the original manufacturer.
